4. Platform Usage & User Obligations
4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
4.2 You shall not: - misuse the Platform or interfere with its normal operation; - attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; - upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software; - engage in data scraping, data mining, or automated access; - impersonate any person or entity.
4.3 Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.
5. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
5.1 Product Descriptions
Xemex Wellness endeavors to ensure that all Product information, descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.
5.2 Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Xemex Wellness reserves the right to cancel the affected Order, even after payment has been processed.
